إعادة إعمار العراق

الإستثمار في العراق: بعد عام 2003 يشير إلى الجهود الدولية المبذولة لإعادة بناء البنية التحتية للعراق منذ حرب العراق في 2003.[1][2][3]

جنبا إلى جنب مع الإصلاح الإقتصادي في العراق ، تم تنفيذ مشاريع دولية لترميم وتحسين المياه العراقية ومحطات معالجة مياه الصرف الصحي ، وإنتاج الكهرباء وإنشاء المستشفيات والمدارس والمساكن وأنظمة النقل. وقد تم تمويل جزء كبير من العمل لإغاثة صندوق إعادة إعمار العراق، وسلطة التحالف المؤقتة.

كان هذا الحدث حدثا هاما للحصول على مساعدات أو الإستثمار في العراق بعد 2003 مؤتمر مدريد لاعادة الاعمار في 23 أكتوبر 2003 الذي حضره ممثلون عن أكثر من 25 دولة. وقد تم تجميع الأموال التي تدار في هذا المؤتمر من مصادر من جانب الأمم المتحدة والبنك الدولي.

في حين أن جهود إعادة الإعمار قد أنتجت بعض النجاحات، نشأت مشاكل مع تنفيذ الممولة دوليا جهود إعادة إعمار العراق. وتشمل هذه الأمنية غير كافية، والفساد المتفشي وعدم كفاية التمويل وضعف التنسيق بين الوكالات الدولية والمجتمعات المحلية، وتشير العديد من المواقع التي كانت تعرقل الجهود التي يبذلها العراق من سوء فهم من جانب المجتمع الدولي إلى المساعدة في إعادة الإعمار.
