التقنية العصبية (Neurotechnology) هو التقنية (التكنولوجيا) التي لها تأثير أساسي على كيف يمكن للناس فهم الدماغ ومختلف جوانب الوعي والفكر، والأنشطة العليا في الدماغ.[1][2][3] كما أنه يشمل أيضا التقنيات التي تم تصميمها لتحسين وإصلاح وظيفة الدماغ وتسمح للباحثين والأطباء تصور الدماغ.
