جيمس دبليو. رايلي (James W. Riley) هو سياسي أمريكي، ولد في 1875، وتوفي في 23 يوليو 1954.[1][2][3] حزبياً، نشط في الحزب الجمهوري. وقد انتخب عضو جمعية ولاية نيويورك وانتخب عضو مجلس ولاية نيويورك.

- The transcription of the death certificate states "1876" as birth year, and "78 years, 1 month" as age at the time of death, which would place his birth in June 1876. However, the transcribed census data say in 1880 "age 5"; in 1892 "age 17"; and in 1900 "born Nov 1875". It is also doubtful where he was born: the father was born in Brooklyn, the mother in ألباني (نيويورك). The 1880 census states they lived in جينسي (نيويورك), مقاطعة ألليغاني (نيويورك), and they opened the first store in Olean only in 1882. It remains unclear where the couple lived at the time of the birth of James in 1875 or 1876.
