كتاب طب غولدمان-سيسيل (Goldman-Cecil Medicine) هو كتاب منهجي طبي تنشره إلزيفير. صدرت الطبعة الأولى منه عام 1927، ويعد من أكثر الكتب الطبية الاستشارية المعتمدة عالميا.[1] يقارن هذا الكتاب بكتاب هاريسون لأساسيات الطب الباطني والذي جاء بعده بحدود 3 عقود.[1] يتغير تقريبا ثلث المؤلفين في كل طبعة تنشر،[2] والطبعة الحالية هي الطبعة الخامسة والعشرين.
وصف الكتاب بأنه واحد من أبرز كتب الطب التي كتبت يوما.[3]

We used the Cecil Textbook of Medicine, which dates back to 1927 and is one of the most prominent and widely-consulted (by both students and practitioners of medicine) medical textbooks in the US. We also considered Harrison’s Principles of Internal Medicine, another popular US text, but chose Cecil because it predates Harrison’s by three decades.
