كيراتين، النوع الأول من الهيكل الخلوي 17، هو بروتين يوجد في البشر، تمّ ترميزه بجين KRT17 .[1][2][3][4]
يوجد الكيراتين 17 في جريبات الشعر والأظافر والغدد الدهنية وملحقات الجلد الأخرى. يسبّب حدوث تغيّر في الجين حالات مرضية منها ثخن الأظفار الخلقي والورم الكيسي الدهني المتعدد.[4]
