تفتيت الحصاة بموجات صادمة من خارج الجسم[1] (ESWL) هو علاج غير اجتياحي (غير بَضْعيّ أي لا يعتمد على إحداث شق أو غَرْزَ أو ثقب في الجسم) لحصى الكلية[2] (التَّحَصِّي البولي) وللحصى الصفراوية (الحصى في المرارة أو في الكبد) باستخدام نبضات صوتية. وقد تم الإخبار عن استخدامه أيضا في علاج الحصى اللعابية[3] وحصى البنكرياس.[4]
