روبرت هوبير (بالفرنسية: Robert Hubert) هو ساعاتي فرنسي، ولد في 1640 في روان في فرنسا، وتوفي في 28 سبتمبر 1666 في Tyburn في المملكة المتحدة بسبب شنق.[1][2][3]
