حلوى من قشور حمضية

بالانجليزيه تسمي Succade وهي نوع من الحلوي المصنوعه من قشور الفواكه الحمضيه

وبالاخص من ثمره السترون اوالحمضيات الطبيه التي تتميز بقشرتها السميكه جدا بالاضافه ال ان طعم القشرة الداخليه لثمره السترون هو اقل مراره ف الطعم من تلك الحمضيات المصنعه.[1]

ومع ذلك فان المصطلح يطلق احيانا علي القشر أو الجذر[2] أو حتي الثمرة كلها سواء فاكهه كانت أو خضار

مثل البقدونس والشمر[3] والقرع[4] التي تحظي بطعم مر وتعطي ناتج حلو ومر عندما تتم عمليه غليها مع السكر وتشمل[5] ايضا الفواكه التي تحتوي علي طعم حلو ويتم اكلها عاده

مثل التمر[6] والكريز والاناناس والزنجبيل[7] وقشره البطيخ[8].
