موريس ريتشارد هو سياسي كندي، ولد في 22 سبتمبر 1946 في كندا.[1][2][3] حزبياً، نشط في حزب كيبيك الليبرالي. وقد انتخب عضو الجمعية الوطنية في كيبك .
