باليوود

باليوود أو (Pallywood)‏ وهي لفظ منحوت من كلمتي "فلسطين" و "هوليوود"، تستخدم لوصف التلاعب الإعلامي و الإحتيال من قبل بعض الفلسطينيين لكسب الحرب الإعلامية مع إسرائيل .[1][2] وقد ظهر هذا المصطلح تزامناً مع مقتل محمد الدرة عام 2000والانتفاضة الفلسطينية الثانية والذي ينطوي على الجدال وادعاء عدم صحة الأدلة الفوتوغرافية .[3]

يعتبر المؤرخ ريتشارد لاندز الشخص الذي قام بصياغة المصطلح ونشره جزئياً بعد إنتاج فيلم وثائقي بعنوان "باليوود: بحسب مصادر فلسطينية" (Pallywood: According to Palestinian Sources)‏ والذي يعرض نماذج يدعي أنها تلاعبت بالإعلام. [4][5][6]
